These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, websites and services provided by Juthrem Labs Ltd. ("Juthrem", "we", "our"). By using the Juthrem Commerce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Juthrem provides an autonomous AI workforce for e-commerce operations, including the Commerce Agent, Marketing Agent and Support Agent, together referred to as the "Services". We may modify, add or remove features to improve the Services at any time.
You must be at least eighteen years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Subscription fees are described on our pricing page and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all rights to the data you or your end users provide to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Juthrem a limited, worldwide license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure and improve the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services may generate content, recommendations and autonomous actions ("AI Output") using large language models and adaptive systems. AI Output is provided on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it in regulated, high-risk or safety-critical contexts.
Juthrem retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including all software, models and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services.
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and no less than a reasonable standard of care.
You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juthrem disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juthrem's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to Juthrem in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you through the Services or by email if the changes are material.
